Over time, the Institute of Health Visiting (iHV) had accumulated multiple standalone digital systems with limited integration between them. As the organisation’s website supplier prepared to withdraw support, iHV needed a clear strategic plan for modernising its technology, improving efficiency and ensuring its digital tools could better support both staff and members.
