LCCI is London’s key hub for the business community. We support members’ businesses through a range of services, advocate on behalf of London’s business community in the most important forums of policy debate, and promote ‘Global London’ as the best city in the world to do business – whether that’s to trade, invest, learn, or find new commercial partners.

Background to the project

LCCI was undertaking a significant period of digital change, with multiple strategic initiatives being delivered simultaneously across the organisation. Central to this programme were two major projects: the redevelopment of the organisation’s website and the migration of its CRM platform.

Alongside these activities, several internal projects were also competing for attention, resources and stakeholder engagement.
