The customer

The Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) is the regulatory body for veterinary surgeons and veterinary nurses in the UK, supporting professional standards, learning and continuing professional development across the veterinary profession.

The challenge

RCVS was replacing its legacy CRM with a new Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform while continuing to deliver learning and CPD services through Moodle.

Outcome required

  • Ensure continuity of learning access, enrolments and CPD history during the transition from the legacy system to Dynamics 365
  • Replace an ageing proprietary middleware integration with a modern, secure and maintainable integration architecture
  • Improve the connection between member data, learning activity and CPD records to support a more joined-up member experience
